Live. Love. Grow.

Weekly Greetings from Pastor Mark

Dear Friends,

I am looking forward to Sunday. Our Rolling Tones are playing their joyful music in 1st service. It is always a pleasure to see and hear them. Our Trunk or Treat last Friday was a huge success. It was hard to count the many ghosts and goblins but I know we had 16 cars decorated with their trunks open and candy ready. Thank you to all who participated.

Did you know we have five students who received scholarships through the United Methodist Foundation? Sean Morlock, Macy and Megan Steber, Noah VanGundy and Nathan Hoenig. Pray for them in their studies and well-being while away from home. Congratulations on receiving scholarships from the UM Foundation.

This Sunday we are looking at Luke 18:9-14, the parable about the Pharisee and tax collector. We can look at it from several points of view but I’m thinking of humility. Take a look and we’ll talk more on Sunday.

God bless us every one, Pastor Mark
