Dear Friends, I am sorry to say the positivity rate for St. Charles County has risen to 16.8%. There are 59 people in the hospital with COVID19 symptoms severe enough to require medical attention. Please consider a vaccination if you have not already done so. It is for your protection as well as those around you. We will continue to recommend wearing a mask into and out of the facility. We will be socially distanced in our seating for the precaution of spreading the virus. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and consult your physician. Let us be in prayer for those who are ill and suffering from the COVID19 virus. Adopt-A-Family Back to School Supplies Collection has begun. A list of school supplies is on the connection center counter. Please pick up a list. The AAF box is the lobby for depositing your purchases. Operation BackPack is organizing packers and delivery volunteers. Your cash contribution is greatly appreciated. It helps to purchase two days of food for school children to take home on the weekends. We have supported this ministry and made a difference for hundreds of children so write a check to Operation Back Pack or go online to Tithely and make a generous donation for this vital outreach to our community. This week we will begin a new sermon series, “Abundant Mind Body and Spirit”. Our scripture this week is from 1 Peter 4:8-11. Take a look and read several translations to get a better description of God’s love offered to us without a price and overflowing abundance. I look forward to seeing you in person and online for worship Sunday. If you haven’t seen the pictures from our 2021 Youth Mission, please see some highlights below and also visit our website LiveLoveGrow.org and take a peek. It was great fun and our youth had a great experience. God bless us every one, Pastor Mark |
