Dear Friends,
I am ready for sunshine and dry weather. The rain is good and everything is growing but enough already. Most likely the heat and humidity will be our next complaint. This Sunday we have a fantastic pancake breakfast planned to start at 8 a.m. up to 9:30 a.m. Worship is at 10 a.m. in the CLC and what a service we have planned for you. Traditional hymns, contemporary songs by Redeemed, and special music by Mary Kate Barnes. It will be so good, I hope you are planning on coming. If not, tune in on your electronic device: cell phone, tablet, laptop, or computer because you will want to experience this worship service.
Our scripture reading for Sunday is from Galatians 5:1, 17-25. Please take a look and prepare your hearts to hear God’s word for you. We will also observe Holy Communion using communion cups and cubed Hawaiian bread. It’s tempting to offer pancakes but we’ll see if any are leftover. It would be interesting though.
I look forward to seeing you this coming Sunday in person or on the internet. Pastor Mark
