Dear Friends,
We are well into the heat and humidity of summer that officially starts on June 21st. I am so glad we have A/C in the offices and working parts of the facility. Thank you Trustees for keeping a good watch over that necessary feature. I hope you received your letter spelling out where we are regarding our COVID19 precautions. If it hasn’t reached you yet, we are relaxing the use of face coverings and social distancing. We will continue to have hand sanitizer readily available.
This week we are continuing our sermon series, “What Do We Do With Evil?”; with an emphasis on Love and Forgiveness. Please read Romans 5:12-17 to prepare your hearts for Sunday worship.
Did you hear about our upcoming pancake breakfast on July 4th? It’s Independence Day so we’ll serve pancakes and bacon from 8-9:30 a.m. with one worship service at 10 a.m. It promises to be a great morning. The proceeds from the breakfast will go paying down our mortgage. We’ve made progress but wouldn’t it be great to be free of that monthly payment? Please come with hungry bellies and extravagant generosity for a great morning of eating, singing, and fellowship.
God bless us every one, Pastor Mark
