Here at Wentzville United Methodist Church, we offer several different opportunities for your children. If you are able to worship with us on Sunday mornings, we offer Children’s Church (Pre-K to Kindergarten & 1st – 5th grade) at each service.
Please contact Angela Langdon, Children & Family Director, for more information at email@example.com or through the church office at (636)327-6377.
Children’s Church (Pre-K to Kindergarten & 1st – 5th grade)
On the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th Sundays, children go to the worship service with their parents and are dismissed following the Children’s Message to attend Children’s Time. Each week there is prayer, offering, and an activity that correlates with what Pastor Mark Dumas is teaching for the day.
On the 1st Sunday of the month, children remain with their parents and families for the duration of the service. This gives them the opportunity to experience worship on a different level and receive Holy Communion. Children also have a chance to participate in worship with music and skits learned in Children’s Time. Please see a worship host before service for details.
If you are wondering about the safety of your children?
Wentzville United Methodist Church has a “safe sanctuaries” policy, which provides that children are always supervised by two adults. All adult volunteers and staff people have undergone “safe sanctuaries training.” Any questions regarding our Children’s Ministries, please contact Angela Langdon, Children & Family Director, at firstname.lastname@example.org through the church office (636)327-6377.
