Wentzville United Methodist Church

We-Mail from Pastor Mark

Dear Friends,

We are looking forward to seeing you Saturday, August 1st between 3 and 8 p.m. for the kickoff of the Concert Series! High Cotton, Saint Boogie Brass Band, Keystone Voices, and Riven Quartet will do their best to lift our spirits and sing out the glorious music. Bring a lawn chair, blanket, umbrella, or pop up tent if you like because it’s an open-air concert. Don’t forget your face-covering! It’ll be a fine time at 725 Wall Street.

Judy Hill our Office Manager has worked hard to install and connect all the dots for our new database, “Power Church.” It offers user-friendly information for our staff and Finance Secretary Gary Grannemann. Thank you Judy for your good work!

Please know we are aware of the COVID19 precautions and have sanitized and socially distanced all seating in the sanctuary for both worship services. There is room for you so come as you are ready with your face covering. This coming Sunday we will offer Holy Communion at each service and for those who prefer, drive through communion from 1030-1130. This is a trying time for all of us and worship helps us to feel normal and refreshes our spirit. We all could use a little pick me up so come and get what you need. We’re here for you.

See you Saturday afternoon for the open-air concert. It’ll be fun.

Pastor Mark
